Terms of use.

The service

Foliofolio generates and hosts personal portfolio websites from your public GitHub data and, optionally, your CV. Generating, editing and previewing are free. Publishing and Pro features are paid.

Your content

• You own your portfolio content. You give us permission to host and display it so the service works.
• AI-written text is a draft. You are responsible for checking it is accurate before publishing — don’t publish claims that aren’t true.
• Don’t publish unlawful content, impersonate others, or use a portfolio for spam, phishing or malware.

Plans and payments

• Free lets you generate, edit and publish your portfolio on its subdomain, with the limits shown on the pricing page.
• Pro is a subscription for 3 months (currently €15) or 1 year (currently €39). It renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. We email you at least 7 days before each renewal, and you can cancel in one click from the billing portal; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• When Pro ends, your portfolio stays online on the free plan. AI features, custom domains, tracking links and other Pro features stop; your content is kept, so resubscribing restores everything.
• Lifetime (currently €79, offered for a limited time) is a one-time payment for Pro features for as long as the service runs. AI features are subject to the same fair-use allowances as Pro.
• AI features have fair-use allowances (shown in the app) to keep costs predictable.
• EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because Pro is available immediately at your request, you agree that it starts right away; if something’s wrong, contact us — we’re reasonable.

Addresses and domains

Some subdomains are reserved. We may reclaim a subdomain that impersonates a person, company or brand. Custom domains remain yours; you’re responsible for renewing them.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep portfolios online but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Account in the dashboard; a running subscription is cancelled with it. We may suspend portfolios that break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s EU member state. Contact: hello@foliofolio.dev.
